Alpesh K. Patel

Is a 2002 Graduate of an Advance Diploma from Louisa County High School in Virginia, United States of America. He played soccer for four years in his high school and captained the team his senior year. Additionally, he ran Cross Country and track his senior year. He also studied media for three years and was Co-Media Student of the year his senior year. After high school Alpesh spent some time in college studying marketing and environmental science at George Mason University and Virginia Commonwealth University. He then found his original passion and went on to work with his father in the commercial real estate business. He worked in the hotel and lodging industry developing and working at various flagged hotels such as Comfort Inns, Country Inn and Suites and Holiday Inn Express in between Virginia and North Carolina. Eventually in 2008 he started working with his father Kiran Patel who had just recently finished a full developmental hotel project in Capitol Heights, Maryland. He had purchased 2.4 acres of commercial land a few years earlier, got permits and approvals granted from Prince George’s County of Maryland, excavated the land and then built a 69 room Country Inn and Suites.

Alpesh served as the managing director for the hotel from 2008 to 2015. He helped facilitate the marketing plan, budget, property improvement plan, oversaw 8 employees,
prepared and reconciled night audits and oversaw hiring, training, and scheduling. He also helped develop effective and articulate communication skills through performance of daily operations, responded to and assisted in resolving guest satisfaction issues and designed and implemented staff training for new employees.He was also able to meet and host many prominent people at the Country Inn and Suites during this time including a small private political event in 2011 for Bob Ehrlich the former governor of Maryland.During this time from 2008 to 2016 he was Chief Financial Officer of 3 AM LLC where he was to be the primary overseer of over $10,000,000 in real estate assets with his father.

Additionally, he also helped a private energy equity called SWAP Solutions raise over $300,000 dollars from 2007 to 2014. From 2014 on he continually dived into other industries by consulting and took on various consulting roles and was appointed CEO of 9 AM

Resource Agency, which he was the Chief Executive Officer for. From that point forward in 2015 Robert Beam President of V3 Water International a healthy water bottle beverage company also appointed him the Vice President of the company. Then in 2016 he became a member of Infinite Power Corporation and started doing development projects in the Fiji Islands with Robert Beam. Alpesh was privileged enough to go on a trip to the Fiji Islands for the first time with Robert Beam in 2015 for developmental work. Finally in 2022 power purchasing agreement were locked up with private companies and the Fijian Government to start development of a waste to energy conversion plant and specialized contemporary wind turbine farms.

Also, in 2015 he went to Ghana for the first time and was privileged enough to meet Joel Rawlings Jr. who is one of sons of the late former president of Ghana, Jerry Rawlings. Alpesh has teamed up with Joel Rawlings Jr. on an executive level to work on various sustainable economic efficient projects related to real estate, water, and energy. He has been back to Ghana several times since and
enjoys the country, the fun-loving people, and its proximity to the coast.

In the summer of 2020 Alpesh set up Alpesh set up 7 Points Agency, LLC in Virginia to help companies with their business financing needs while at the same time taking equity in certain niche investments. Alpesh serves as the president of the company 7 Points Agency, LLC which was created to transition and replace its predecessor, 9 AM Resource Agency, LLC.

When Alpesh isn’t working on his various projects he enjoys reading, writing, being in the outdoors, playing soccer and basketball. He particularly enjoys watching UEFA Champions League soccer. Alpesh is excited to work with different groups around the world to help develop social change and sustainable development in India, Africa, China, and other parts of the world.
